Thursday, March 28, 2024 (Eugene, Oregon) A man is seen walking into a liquor store just a couple of seconds before a four-foot concrete cutting saw blade from road work being done near-by comes hurtling down and embeds itself right into the outside edge of the entrance. Video from inside the store shows the blade was traveling fast enough to shake the store's interior on impact.
