Saturday, September 30, 2023 (Virginia Beach, Virginia). After an altercation between a SUV driver and a motorcyclists, the man driving the SUV pulls out his gun and points it at the motorcyclist. Police were standing close and quickly detained both men. Neither men were arrested nor charged.
