Tuesday, January 17, 2023, Bangalore, India. An elderly man is seen desperately hanging on to the back of a scooter and being dragged as the man on the scooter seems to be weaving, trying to shake the man off. The scooter is forced to stop only after another man on a scooter accelerates ahead of the first scooter and cuts it off, causing damage to the front end of the offender's scooter and bringing it to a stop. The incident started when the man on the scooter hit the elderly man's vehicle and tried to ride off but the victim decided to grab the back of the scooter and not let go. Police later arrested the man on the scooter. The elderly victim appears to have escaped any serious injuries.
