Tuesady, October 4th, 2022, Orange County, California. Instagram member, Chad Towersey, filmed a woman driving down the 405 Freeway on just three wheels and acting as if nothing was wrong. He and another driver managed to get her to eventually stop. Police were then called and impounded her car but concluded there was no indication she was under the influence of drugs or alcohol so she was not arrested. She supposedly had driven off earlier, while someone was helping to change her tire and the car was lifted on a jack.
