Wednesday May 30, 2022. A twelve year old boy walks into a Marathon gas station in Hartford, Michigan, throws a backbag on the counter and demands for the cashier to put money in it. When the cashier asks if he's serious, the boy fires a shot into the ceiling. The cashier then reaches into the safe and pulls out a small bag containing $5,000 and places it in the backbag on the counter. The boy then leaves the store with his loot, but police arrived soon after and caught up with him. After his arrest, the police found out he stole the gun from his grandfather who is also his guardian.
