Andrea Granados, a beauty contestant in the Miss Sahuayo 2022 beauty queen pageant in Sahuayo, Mexico, walking on stage barefoot, was electrocuted as she grabbed the microphone. People rushed to her aid and took her back-stage but she returned a few minutes later and was able to finish her performance. She later joked about the incident in a social media post saying, "I came back recharged."
