Saturday, June 10, 2023 (Phoenix, Arizona). Arizona Department of Public Safty troopers used a vehicle equipped with a grappler to successfully end a chase. Video from before the persuit shows the car "doing doughnut" maneuvers and hitting another pedestrian participant of the street-takeover. Two 17-year-olds, the driver and passenger, were detained and given citations for street racing and the car was impounded.
